Entrepreneur & Investor
A builder across three worlds — software, buildings, and capital — in the United States and India since 1999.
Karnataka · California
I started in enterprise software — ERP and MRP systems for automotive suppliers and complex systems for the nuclear industry — before founding my own software company and, later, building healthcare practices and the commercial real estate around them in California.
I'm from Karnataka; my family's coffee estate is in Sakleshpur, in the Western Ghats. I hold a commercial pilot's license with an instrument rating, and I operate on principles that haven't changed in twenty-five years: real assets, clean governance, investors protected first.
The Ledger
Founded Siva Solutions in California, with India operations from 2005 — products and services for the healthcare industry, serving clients across the US, Canada, and Australia.
Co-founded family healthcare practices in California and developed the commercial real estate around them — buildouts and ground-up projects in the US and India.
A working coffee estate in Sakleshpur, held in the family — Western Ghats terrain, monsoon-fed, generations old.
Developing powered industrial land for India's data center buildout in the Bangalore corridor — where land with confirmed power is the scarcest input of the AI economy.
Off the Balance Sheet
Commercial pilot, instrument-rated. Flying taught the same lessons as business: trust the instruments, respect the checklist, and never let ambition outrun fuel.
The family estate in Sakleshpur keeps one foot in the Western Ghats — monsoon coffee, old trees, and the slower arithmetic of land that rewards patience.
